CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy At Jayswaxology, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please review the following policies to ensure the best experience for everyone: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Late Arrivals: At 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your service. • Anything over 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and a 100% fee of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Period Policy: I service guests who are on their menstrual cycle. Please arrive to your appointment wearing a clean tampon or menstrual cup. Tampons are available in the treatment room for your convenience. Please note that the cancellation policy still applies if an appointment is canceled due to your menstrual cycle starting on the day of your appointment.
